Growing By Design’s Coaching Process

While each coaching engagement is defined and structured to meet the client's specific need, most coaching programs include:

• One hour meetings (in-person or via phone) with the coach on weekly or bi-weekly basis.
• Online and real time assessment of skills, competencies and aptitudes in areas related to coaching.
• Frank discussion of challenges and opportunities
• Assignments at the end of each coaching session to encourage use and implementation of new techniques and skills.
• Accountability for accomplishing assignments.
• Availability of the coach for email and phone discussions and real-time issue resolution between coaching sessions.
• Monthly progress reports (which can be shared with the coachee’s manager).
